The mind operates at 4 Brainwave States or Frequencies :
this is not some wild theory These different states are classified according to the speed of the predominant brainwave signals from one neurological point to another at any one point in time. This speed and frequency is measured in 'Hertz' and the figures are obtained using an Electrocardiogram (EEG) machine.
This is where our mind usually operates in daily life.normal waking consciousness and altered,concentration,focus,and the five physical senses,it is usually typified by brainwave cycles of 15 to 40 Hz,Higher cycles of Beta Frequency usually equate to stress, anxiety and 'over thinking'

Sleep paralysis:
you're maybe familiar with the dream paralysis phenomena,Although you're awake, your body is briefly paralysed, after which you can move and speak as normal. The paralysis can last from a few seconds to several minutes. Sleep paralysis doesn't cause you any harm, but being unable to move can be very frightening.and when you subconscons mind panic, it start trying to explain the symptoms with anything he can found in the back of your head,complex visual hallucinations in the form of stationary images of people or animals. These tend to occur just after you are suddenly awakened. You do not recall being in the middle of a dream when you wake up. You clearly know that you are awake. At first you are often afraid and think that the images are real. You may jump out of the bed in terror.

i have been there... a lot, worst days of my life, become i've experience it so frequently
for like 2 week, before i found a way to get out of it,trust me, it was hell,but once i've found my save passage to the beta state, i start doing experiences,it was the first time i've discovered the ability to control my heart beats, controlling my dream...from there i've been able to get back to sleep and stay conscious will dreaming, you know achieving all my desires, from flying to exploring the universe o ...from there i could specifically know what time is it just by imagining a clock, i can even set and alarm and i will wake me in a specific minute,and the possibilities are limitless, all this have become easier to achieve just from the alpha state with training, but the sensitivity of the delta state are wonderful
