Subconscious mind programming tips and rules, for a start...

The Subconscious mind is like a huge film for all pleasant and unpleasant experiences, habits, visual images, information from your life, through birth to childhood and present adult life, but if you can escape the last part,that would be great, adult life, really?! you know it's a trap! however. The Subconscious mind is not immediately accessible by your Conscious mind. Without your Subconscious mind, you cannot recall your childhood experiences,or anything else at all. It is also within the Subconscious mind that our habits, character traits, learned behaviours and beliefs including limiting beliefs are registered having being learnt through repetition and practice. Your Subconscious mind is the bridge between your body and Conscious mind.you can read more about that in the previous posts...

it’s extremely important to understand that in order to make a deep long-term change in the patterns you have, ideas, perceptions, worldviews, customs and beliefs  you must change 'the paradigms' you have in your subconscious mind.

The term paradigm needs an explanation as it has different connotations for different people. It is very difficult to define or explain but Let's give it a try,I'll start with this funny test or what ever, it's one of many examples that really helped me understand this topic
A father and son were once driving in a ca. Unfortunately the car met with an accident and the father died on the spot. The son was badly injured. He was rushed to the hospital where the city’s best surgeon attended on him. The surgeon looked at the boy and said, “I cannot operate on my son”. Who was the surgeon?

read it once again before you see the answer,
The best surgeon of the town was the boy’s mother!

Now why did you fail to figure this out? It is because of the pre-conceived notion which is deeply ingrained in our minds that the most successful surgeon can be only a man and not a woman.the word “surgeon”, we picture a male surgeon. The word surgeon only brings up the image of a male. a notion that sits deep into our minds just because that what we grow-up hearing,this is what is called a paradigm. A paradigm is a set of assumptions, concepts, values, practices and rules that constitutes a way of viewing reality, a set of assumed rules which forms the basis of our conclusions and decisions.

now before we start here are some basic rules : 
Rule #1: Know what you want
Be specific in what you ask for,more details means better result
Rule #2:Make it simple
The subconscious is an complicated system, more than we can ever grasp, but programming it with simple data make them easy to fallow and manipulate
Rule #3: Reveal the subconscious patterns that stop you
I guess this is an easy one 
Rule #4: Apply the subconscious shifting methods in the correct state of mind

Using Metaphors :

your subconscious mind doesn’t distinguish between reality and imagination. art ,music,movies,books and fantasy stories,When the alpha waves open the gate for affirmative suggestions, powerful metaphors will do a perfect work, The method is right for you if you tend to daydream,or you like art and have an artistic personality,If you use metaphors in your daily life when you tell stories or talk to friends,

Visualisation and Emotions:

For an individual that wants to see success, visualisation is a technique that could enable you to create detailed mental pictures that depict a specific desired outcome,specially when they are loaded with emotions, emotions are a powerful impact on the subconscious mind, and i'm sure that if you took a few minutes to think about it, you would found countless example and evidence, do you imagine someone petting a dog as an adult, after he had a terrifying experience with it as a child, more likely he will never touch one again

Hypnosis and Self-Suggestion:

Hypnosis is a therapy that works with the Subconscious mind as it enables the individual to achieve a state of extreme relaxation. The Subconscious mind is easier to access once you are in this state because the Conscious mind is able to release its grip. The Subconscious mind could be easily reprogrammed to accept new thoughts as reality while under hypnosis. using self-suggestion in this state would give you the ultimate power, and every thing become easy, it need practice to master the routine, but the basic principle is simple
you would like to wake up at 7am in the morning in order not to miss an 'Important event' . You could say to yourself before going to bed that 'I want to wake up at 7am' and because this is a very important thing you wish to accomplish, you will agree with me that you will wake up even before that 7am in order not to miss it whether you set your alarm clock or not. 



one last thing the goals must be realistic Losing 200 pounds in a week is impossible, or having superbrain capacities no matter how good you are,that came out wrong,i believe that nothing is impossible for the subconscious, but make it realistic so you don't question it, Ignore the problem, focus on the solution, focusing on the problem would only make them grow bigger, this is how it works,Don’t question it, just allow it to happen,Belief and Confidence is the key,the last thing you want to do after a programming session is to question yourself about whether it worked. The most powerful changes occur after you have forgotten about the programming and suddenly realize,
"Wow, it worked"
